Within warranty, XGIMI is liable for maintenance services. Please contact us at email@example.com with the verified information below:
- 12-digit serial number (you can find it on the bottom of the unit).
- Invoice or receipt, including purchasing platform/date/Order ID.
- Detailed description of the issue.
For purchases made on the official XGIMI website, please read our After-Sales Service Policy. For purchases not made directly on the official XGIMI website, please contact the retailer or online platform used for refunds and exchanges.
Please note that returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed, and all returned items are verified and inspected by our team. Once we confirm your return, the refund processing time from XGIMI's side is always 24 hours. Since different payment methods have different processing times, the refund time depends on your bank's official processing time.
