Terms of Sale
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on the XGIMI Official Store. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, then you may not use the XGIMI Official Store to place orders.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
Information contained at the XGIMI Official Store constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products or service. By placing orders on XGIMI Official Store, you declare and guarantee that you are legally qualified to agree the terms and conditions herein and conclude a binding sales and purchase agreement.
Order: The order you submitted through the XGIMI Official Store is subject to acceptance by XGIMI, and reserves the right to reject any order, in whole or in part, at XGIMI’s sole discretion at any time before shipment or delivery, as the case may be. Reasons for rejections of order include, but not limited to, credit card rejection, out-of-stock products or service, and/or unusually large or excessive quantities of products or service ordered. Acceptance of one order is independent from any other order. Quoted prices may change due to shortages in materials or resources, increase in the cost of manufacturing, or other factors, up to the point we accept your order.
Confirmation Email: Once we receive your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation email. Your order should NOT be deemed accepted by XGIMI until you receive the order acceptance email from XGIMI. XGIMI may require additional information from you prior to accepting or processing your order. Please notify XGIMI immediately if any of the items listed in the confirmation email are incorrect.
Order Acceptance Email: Once we accept your order and prepare it for shipping, we will send you an order acceptance email. The email will include shipment details. You can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If you submit an order cancellation request after we ship your product, we will process your refund after the product is returned to our warehouse. You can track or check the shipment status as per the instructions of tracking information email from XGIMI. . In some cases that we fail to supply the product you have ordered after confirming your order, then we will cancel your order and offer you a refund.
Shipment and Delivery
You acknowledges and agrees that any shipment dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change, under such case, XGIMI will send out notice regarding the revised shipment dates within 30 calendar days. If you do not accept the revised shipment dates, you may cancel the order and obtain a refund by contacting XGIMI customer service. If we do not hear from you before we ship the products to you, we will assume that you have agreed to the shipment delay. Delivery shall be deemed complete and risk of loss shall pass to the customers at the point of delivery. All shipping costs including, without limitation, insurance, brokerage, duties, freight are extra and are the responsibility of the customers. Please validate each shipment against the attached packing slips for accuracy of items and quantities promptly upon receipt. Upon discovery of any discrepancy between the attached packing slips and the shipment, such as missing, wrong, or damaged portion of the product, please notify XGIMI immediately with the relevant damage claim(s) requested from the logistics company. XGIMI may not be able to issue refund without relevant damage claim(s).
Product availability are subject to change at any time and without notice. XGIMI reserves the right to place a limit on the quantities that may be purchased per order, per account, per credit card, per person, or per household. For preordered products, XGIMI cannot guarantee to supply sufficient products to each order. If we are unable to supply the products or services that you ordered after confirming your order, we will cancel your order and offer you a refund. XGIMI may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. XGIMI will notify you in advance if such situation occurs.
Standard Refund and Replacement
In addition to the return and replacement services provided under the After-sales Service Polices, as well as your statutory rights under applicable law, you may return a purchased item within 30 calendar days of the date the product is delivered to your address, for a replacement or a refund based on the original payment method. Any returned item for such refund or replacement must meet one of the following criteria:
1. The item has manufacturing defects; or
2. The item has no manufacturing defects, shows no wear or damage, unaltered from their original state, and in a condition that permits us to resell them. Please note that you need to send us a refund or replacement request before you return any items. Your refund and replacement requests can contact us or via XGIMI Official support.
If you are returning the products, you must include the product(s), complete and standard accessories to our designated address.
Failure to include items requested in this section may prevent or delay your refund or replacement. All shipping cost including, without limitation, shipping fee, insurance, brokerage, duties, freight for returned goods shall be at your own expenses. Once the return criteria are confirmed, we will refund or replace your product(s) as you request.
A refund or replacement will not be provided in following cases:
1. The product is not originally purchased from the XGIMI Official Store.
2. The product is returned beyond 30 calendar days of the date the product is delivered to your address.
3. Products and/or product labels, serial numbers and packaging show wear, damage, or signs of tampering or alteration.
4. Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging
5. Valid proof-of-purchase(s) or receipts are not provided.
6. The virtual goods, gift cards and performed services are not eligible for return and replacement.
7. The goods are clearly claimed not applicable to the refund and replacement.
8. Bundle deals: For bundle orders that contain discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not permitted to process separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
XGIMI reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the XGIMI Official Store pages at any time without notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a pricing mistake occurs on the XGIMI Official Store, you agree that XGIMI will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless you have already been charged. In case of pricing errors on the website or made in connection with your order, we will send you notifications to allow you to continue your transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order without any cost on your side.
Should XGIMI reduce its price on any XGIMI product within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the XGIMI at https://au.xgimi.com/pages/support to request a refund. To receive the refund you must contact XGIMI within 7 calendar days since the day the price is changed. Please note that this excludes any limited- time price reductions, such as special sales event (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday) and offers advertised as limited in quantity.
End-user Consumers Only
The XGIMI Official Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell any product or services obtained from the XGIMI Official Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are purchasing products for resale.
United States, Canada, and Mexico Shipping Only Products purchased from the XGIMI Official Store will only be shipped to address within Canada, United States, and Mexico and are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. To purchase XGIMI product Official from other countries, please select your country or region through the XGIMI Official Store.
You shall comply with all laws, regulations and orders of the United States, the United Nation Organization, and the member states of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association, applicable to the export, re-export, transfer or resale of products or the provision of services and related technical data (“Export Laws”). You shall not (i) make Products or Services available in any country in contravention of any Export Laws, or any other law, and (ii) not make Products or Services available in a country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required without first obtaining all necessary licenses or other approvals.
Standard Warranty Policy
XGIMI provides a limited manufacturer warranty for any new XGIMI branded product purchased at XGIMI Official Store or other authorized distributors in the territory of different region. Detailed information please go to:

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the XGIMI Official Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export a XGIMI product to another country, you must obtain any legally required export licenses (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.
The Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. If a lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under these Terms, then you and XGIMI agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California for the purpose of litigating any dispute.
